Culture of Transformation
A Culture of Transformation
Around the country women in their 30s and 40s were offered the following hypothetical: They have been invited for a three months sojourn at a Swiss spa resort. All the practicalities of life such as time off from work, mortgages, looking after their kids etcetera were taken care of. This resort is attached to a state of the art hospital renowned in cosmetic surgery. The women may take up any treatment they desire during their stay. How many would take up the opportunity and what would they do?
Suffice to say that, with the odd exception, the response was otherwise unanimous. For many it was a no-brainer. Liposuction was the favourite as the women cited their thighs and stomach areas, followed by breast augmentation.
